The least amount you should invest directly into SFI each day is: 35 minutes.
In this time you can get your dailies done (including survey, TC latest items, entries for Daily Grand and T-Time), answer 30 AskSC question WITH careful reading and browse the blog for news.
Still within SFI: depending on the activity and questions of your team, you might want to invest another hour or more into sponsoring, research/review and reading the forums.
For the indirect investment: you should invest at least another hour depending on how fast you create new content for your blogs/websites/social sites/forums/meetings and the necessary research for your topics.
Add a short recreation for your eyes and your body with at least 30 minutes inbetween and you get to a least amount of 3 hours.
Advertising on the Go (daily outings, always ready to find a new opportunity) and local advertising (Distribute/refill giftcards, business cards, flyers, ...) will add even more time to it.
Still, 3 hours of forwarding your business is the least amount I advice you to invest.
To not overwork yourself, I advice to hold it down to a maximum of 9 working hours each day with (short) breaks every two hours.
Please be careful: While funny, relaxing or motivational reading and conversing within SFI do not really feel like work but may happen quite often, please make sure to calculate in a good amount of time for your beloved ones!
