"What are your top tricks for getting the most out of one's Genealogy?"
Gemelogy is a powerful tool and guide to help you carry out many useful for your SFI business functions.
I apply the following tricks & tips :
1. I use the info-box given on the left hand side of the page to view my PSAs to 7 generations. The Gen Count provides the total number of PSAs I have. The third column EA2 VP shows me total Versa Points earned. Fourth column provided Non-EA2 VPs. I review this box and plan my strategies.
2. I use the Tabs like Basic SFI IDs, Versa Points scored, S-Builder, Communication, Affiliate Manager, Sales, Gift Certificates, Geographic details, Re-assignment tools and Tcredits for the purposes they are meant for.
3. Then I use Sorting & Filtering all my downline in various groups like SFI id, Last Name,Sponsor ID, Versa Points (Total), CSA Assign Date,VersaPoints (This month),Date Joined,VersaPoints,
(Yesterday),VersaPoints (This Month),VersaPoints (Last Month), Power Rank, Country Rank, Class Rank,City,Profile Score,Last Login,Sales VersaPoints (This month),Sales VersaPoints (Last month),TripleClicks Referrals,Language,E-Mail Address. This information helps me to monitor the progress of my downline.
My forth tip/trick is to view by refined filtering:
Rank,EA2,Red Flagged,Goals Set For Current Month,Generation,Rank Achieved For The First Time,Keycode Online, Anniversary Of SFI Sign-Up, Birthday
Leadership Challenge Qualifier,State,Country,Confirmed Registration Added
[email protected] To Safe List, Completed Affiliate Profile, Standing Order, And check out these QuickFilters for fast access to information that can specifically help me identify affiliates who may need assistance, encouragement, recognition, etc.:
