A mover in your list has some desire. A person who makes EA in their first month has some dedication, and a person who becomes a Fast Track member, especially a Gold Fast Track shows commitment. The committed affiliate is the one who has something to lose, something to prove, and is ready to act so getting to know them is critical.
Sad to say in 11 years online I have seen so many fail to make the jump from dedicated to committed. They just can't get past what they stand to lose and see what they stand to gain, and while many will not currently have the funds to create a standing order there are thousands of sites and 100,000 products on TripleClicks to generate the revenue from to cover a standing order.
Desire and dedication can only carry a business so far, at some point you have to commit to success and invest in yourself, the ones who do that are the ones you know are serious and ready to make things work.
