There are many ways to know if your PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business or not:
1. The first and foremost tool is Movers Tab that can help us to monitor their Versa Points . Versa Points show whether they are logging in daily or not. If they are logging in daily , are they able to score any VPs or not. (Your guidance plays an important role here – Tell them to Listen to Gery,s Video in Get Started tab. Read SFI Basics and Launch Pad)
2. Secondly the seriousness of a PSA or CSA can be checked from Genealogy tab. Green Tab under the email message option indicates that he/she is serious and only needs your guidance perhaps. She/he has already confirmed the email address. If the email has not been confirmed, to certain extent this PSA/CSA is not much serious
3. Third method to check them is by sending Group Mails to CSAs/PSAs and giving some guidance on How to Score Maximum Versa Points by going to https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/MyReports/VPLedger
4. Fourthly try to send them PM (Personal Messages) and check if they respond or not. If they reply they are serious (Grab them, help , support & guide them)
5. Fifthly use email message even if they have not confirmed their email ids. Guide them to change their email ids to Gmail as Google
6. Most serious PSAs and CSAs are those who had set up their Standing Order for 1500 VPs or more.
7. Lastly but not the least you need 5 Team Leaders (BTLs or above PSAs or CSAs to put your business on a firm stand. They can be termed as most serious affiliates of your team.
