There are many indicators to show if your PSAs and CSAs are seriously building a successful SFI business.
Following on from the time you get them on your Team up to the time they become EA the signs will be there:
. If your PSAs and CSAs are constantly contacting you for help and assistance and following your advice.
. If they don't quibble about setting up a Standing Order, or purchasing items from TripleClicks, no matter how financially-challenged they may be, or the difficulty of not having a credit card for whatever reasons, they will find a way to overcome this problem.
. If they start sponsoring right away and promoting TripleClicks and referring ECAs and PRMs to generate sales.
. If they respond to your leadership by participating in any team activities, like team contest, etc. and contributing by regularly sending in their Ratings form for the previous month and giving feedback.
. If they start to participate in SFI activities, games and contests, and joining in the fun of learning, sharing, and contributing at the Forum.
. If they start to submit answers to the questions open for voting at Ask SC, just for the experience and earning another Badge, and hopefully, win the top votes for top answers, runner-up or 3rd-10th place.
. If having done the above, plus their own resourcefulness and they move on to higher levels, these are good signs.
Your Movers List will also be reflecting the level of activities and seriousness about how they treat their business. Your top 10 PSAs and CSAs will be starring there- from the top ranking and highest VP earner for the month, and more.

Their VP Ledgers will also show how well they manage their daily tasks, if their Daily To-Do lists are up to date.
Their VP Ledgers will also tell you a weakness, such as skipping an item or two. This will give you a chance to give advice and tips on how to overcome it. Next time you check, if it’s been rectified, then they're serious about the business.
Check the level of activity by clicking Activity in their Profile. It will show how many downlines are there. If you see many EAs, EA2, BTLs, or STLs, etc., then and only then can you be sure that duplication is also occurring, which will be reflected in your Genealogy.
Knowing the indicators above, you and your team of hardworking PSAs and CSAs are on your way to a very successful and lucrative SFI business. Well done!
