Every morning am always eager to check my Movers and Scoreboard Tabs to check if myself and both PSA and CSAs have done a great job yesterday. This has help me monitor if they need help or just encouragement.
Remember the Movers Tab gives you the following details
_Present Qualification of your PSAs and CSAs
_Present Statues at the E365 contest
_It helps you know when last the last login date and time
_Their Versal Points accumulated for the month
_Points required for advancing to next level
_You can know their Overall, Country and Class Power Rankings all this information really helps you in tracking the progress of your active team members-both PSAS & CSAs- during the week.
Taking note of their contributions so far to my a2a messages and Team mail, I use the Movers to check on their recent activities to see if they had have success or have any down fall. I just send them a message so they dont give up. Advertising could be stressful at times for new bees but the mover helps me know who amongst them that is. Next, I click on each name on my movers list, go to their respective VP ledger
and check their daily tasks. If they have not been having at least10 VPs daily, I note down the uncompleted tasks and remind my movers politely through the SFI E- cards asking to maximize their VPs.
I know it when my PSA requires or need few VP to making the next badge all I do is send message of a token of gift certificate to be used in qualification and I inturn get my reward in VP and cash. Once they have made the level I use the mover ro send them congratulations message.
