CSAs are usually rewarded by SFI so we need not focus on them as an urgent priority but finding PSAs who will become active is a definite pre-requisite to you becoming successful.

You must also devote a certain percentage of your time to your PSAs, to work with them, answer their queries and be a motivational support for them to move forward. This is as important as finding new PSAs!
There are various other areas within your business that require your attention and that help you boost your income. Work around contests and games that you are good at and that will benefit your business and you will learn. Participate also in contests that your upline organises.
