Copy and paste your co-op link everywhere you go! Get your team to do the same, it is called a co-op, a chance for all of you to work together and build one team which you all can profit from. My advise would be to build a website and drive as much traffic through it as possible.
You can all invest in the website and traffic and eventually make it a success with flowing signups every day which you all share in.
