S-Builder Co-Op is channel for recruiting PSA's to your SFI team. Rather than placing ads to personally recruit them you buy shares in S-Builder from a recruiter to sponsor them..The recruiter is SFI.
You will use it like you will any other method of sponsoring affiliates.
-Set up a standing order for it. A standing order will give you PSA's every month.
-Maintain at least an EA status and/ or build up to team leader status
-Develop leadership skills to lead these new recruits once you receive them
-Keep your leadership page updated
-Have a welcome letter ready for their arrival each month.
-Apply duplication
-Teach them to duplicate you
