Great question !
Almost everyone in SFI faces the same situation and problem.
You must have heard about the saying “You can take a horse to the river; but you cannot make him to drink water.
Similarly, the affiliates who do not want to recruit or otherwise engage in duplication should be left to decide their own future. They are the best judge for themselves.
At the most we can do the following:
1. Tell them the advantages of being active in SFI by doing their daily tasks.
2. You can advise them to get started by reading information under the tab “Get Started” including listening to Gery Carson’s video.
3. Let them read “The SFI Basics” and get acquainted with SFI and Tripleclicks commissions structure.
4. Before going into “duplication” one need to know oneself each & everything about SFI.
5. But as they are not willing to engage them selves in any activity leave aside recruiting and duplication, do not waste your time , effort & hard earned PSAs by transferring your PSAs or TCredits to them.
6. SFI will automatically take care of them by expunging them out after some time.
7. And even after few months they decide to rejoin SFI, chances are there that they would be placed under you.
So there is nothing to worry much about such a lot.
