You have to become a leader by reading the Basics, Compensation Plan and the Lauchpad for your first month so that you can have the training you need before you can start sponsoring affiliates. Your first month is supposed to be focused on " accumulating Versapoints" Go to the basics and read Income Stream number 1 which explains how to accumulate VP. The To do list provides you all the activities you need to get started so that you can get 1500 VP the first month. So what is the point? Simply put do not sponsor any affiliates for the first month or three because you need to take the time to train yourself first, you also have to get in the habit of communicating with your sponsor and upline team so that they too can train you, and give you the tips and guidance you need before you can sponsor anybody.
