I think we all work at our own pace, and some of us are not that confident in starting out - so, hesitate to want to have PSAs to begin with. Not a bad idea perhaps when we consider just how much there is to learn about SFI at first.

For others, it takes a while for the 'penny to drop', that one of the major income earning streams of SFI is from duplication. In fact, duplication is probably the 'key' to great things.

So, I would recommend you let your 'affiliates' decide for themselves, when the time is right for them to start recruiting affiliates..... as I am certain they will eventually get the message loud and clear - that duplication - i.e. building a team to teach, is the way forward.

In the meantime, they can try to find their 'niche' earning from another income stream that SFI provides and just keep 'helping your affiliates' when and where they need it.....
