While focusing on becoming and remaining an EA or EA2 is one of your first goals, it is a baby step in your pathway to great financial success. Your real money begins to be seen after you have become a Bronze Team Leader. At first the money will probably not make a big pile, but much bigger than you saw at EA2 You will see an increaser at each step up in the status line that you take.
You have two ways to advance from EA2 to BTL:
1. You can more or less buy your way up by buying 2000 VP and then doing your 500 VP in daily, etc tasks, and then use 500 TCredits that you have bought or won to earn VP from Auctions and Games. If you start using this method in your first month, you can measure out your training VP to easily make your 3000 VP goal for BTL.
2. You can buy your 200 VP and do your 500 daily, etc VP and recruit with all you have and help them to become either BTL their first month, or to help them become EA2 their second month, and you earn the 100 or 150 VP from helping each of them and teaching them how to buy instead of trying to do it all for free.
Number 2 is better because if you don't have a team that is buying or selling, you won't earn much money anyway. But you will be in position for when your PSAs begin to become EA2s. Looking ahead to the next steps, and those further down the lane, will help you be ready for the next levels of your success.
As you train your team to advertise, set goals, buy and sell products, and duplicate you, your income will rise. As you and your team begin to refer ECAs, Wave3 members, PRMs who play the auctions and games, your income will go even higher.
Do not recruit any more PSAs than you can honestly help at one time, wait until those you have are well established or show that they are inactive before you enlarge your team.
