If I am new in SFI, I will be reading and reading and reading a lot of materials on marketing and SFI. And if reading is not enough, I will ask my team leaders, the SFI community through Forum and Ask SC of what my personal and specific questions on things I do not understand yet completely.
We can not teach what we do not have.
But we should also be humble to accept that we do not know everything that is why we can also ask them.
For SFI - SFI basics and Launchpad materials are very helpful
For marketing - the marketing index have so many ways on how to promote and advertise SFI for beginners.
If we have enough answers to provide to our new PSAs, then we are ready to answer their questions.
But it should start from us - the initiative to learn the SFI business so the success will be initialize within us, and we can share what we have and know with confidence to other newbies.
