If you are new and getting started in SFI you can manage it if you are serious in nature, in your work and having a sound confidence. You can help a new PSA who needs guidance regarding SFI, TC marketing etc. in the following way
As a new affiliate first you need to read and study thoroughly the training matters, SFI news, Launch pad, SFI Basics. Save it in your memory as soon as you can after your joining in SFI
Though it is not possible to study SFI training library in a shortest period but when you read everything, take a pen and a pad/papers. Note down the important things or take a print out of the important chapters, if possible. If these print out/ note down papers with you all the time. At the end of the day review it and take a look which you have noted down. So it will be easy to answering question of your PSAs as well as CSAs
Copy the SFI latest news and important points regarding SFI/TC- paste it in MS word sheet – mail it to your PSA/CSAs for guidance purposes. One thing you should remember always where the proper answers is located
When your PSAs/CSAs ask question through Email/Team Mail doesn’t try to hurry up to answer it if you have no proper idea about the question to avoid misleading them. Just wait for a while and place the same question to the Forum immediately - you will get reply from Forum within a few minutes. First check the answer carefully whether it is correct or not and then mail it to your PSAs/CSAs after some addition/alteration, if needed. Remember one thing if you not check it then misinformation may be reached to your PSAs/CS which would be harmful to grow business in SFI
You can also take help from your Upline to solve the problem
As a new affiliate you must search the SFI training support, tools etc. Gather it in one place. After thorough reading write an article about SFI/TC – submit it to the Blog of your leader page and refer the leader page URL http://www.sfimg.com/leadership/xxxxxxxx (X-means your SFI ID) to your PSAs/CSAs and let them advice to follow it
Also submit some best tips in to your leader page as ready reference. If you have no habit to write an article then goes to Ask Sc to search. Take an idea or copy the top author’s answer, make some addition/alteration – if needed
In this way you can provide guidance to your down line team members in a right way
