You can't..

There is NO WAY to make sure your team members receive your EMAILS..
The messages in SFI will be delivered but if your PSA doesn't log in or doesn't read the messages then there is little you can do..

The only way to make SURE your PSA's get your messages is if they reply..

My way of making sure is that I contact them on my own way's..
If I send messages trough WhatsApp or Social Media I can SEE when messages are delivered and I can SEE when they are read.. That is my sure way of reaching my PSA's
