I Have Read a lot of answers to your question and the #1 thing that I do not see is;
Read, Read and Read more, as the saying goes "Readers are Leaders"
If you are like me I have a Worthless Team Leader and when I started SFI I was brand new to marketing and new absolutely nothing about it, But I have Read the Launchpad so many times I could probably recite it to you and the SFI Basics Just as many times plus everyday I go through the forum to find answers to my own questions. With all the great information on SFI you will have no problem Helping your PSA's
