This is a great question. What I have done is share with my downline to save all their emails from their upline. Then when a person in their own downline needs a question answered, hopefully, they would be able to find the answer in one of the emails from their upline.
For now, if this is something you have not done then you will need to either ask your sponsor for help with your downline's questions or go to the forum like you have just done for answers and, keep reading the information that is free for all of us to keep learning.
