One should become a team leader if he or she has an active team of EA2 or above. First check if the PSA has a team of active EA2s. Then only advice the PSA to be a team leader.

Best way to earn Sales VPs is to sponsor Non SFI PRMs to Tripleclicks. When they buy a product on Tripleclicks the sponsor will earn DC as well as SALES VPs attached to the product they purchased. So encourage your PSA to focus on sponsoring PRMs who will buy products from TC either TC direct products or products from ECAs.
If the affiliate does not have Credit card please check of he/ she has MRPs in balance. Sales VPs can be earned by paying by MRPs also.

One can use local currency and earn sales vp by converting Cash to T currency and then paying for purchases through T currency. Check if there are T currency sellers in the country of PSA and is nearby his/ her place of residence.

using above methods one can still buy products/ services at Tripleclicks and can buy till your sales VP s reach 1500 minimum monthly.
For action points the leader has to depend on matching vps per EA2 PSA or EA2 CSA
