To entice PSAs to recruit new affiliates or engage in duplication it is important to establish good communication with them in the first place and be in good relation with them. Contact them every day to make sure they are at least doing their daily actions and make sure they are ready to proceed to recruiting new PSAs.
You need to show them that you can only be successful up to a certain point without recruiting new PSAs. Tell them not to limit themselves and try to refer people and show them how to do the same.
Tell them about all the benefits you get by building a strong downline. One can achieve STL without any active affiliates, but why would they want to take the hard road when they can invest time into teaching new affiliates to create their own downline and be set in the long term.
The differences and benefits of a BTL and PTL for example cannot be compared, and that is exactly what your PSAs need to know. You need only motivate them to do the same as you so lead by example. Do as you wish them to do. Teach them in a way you would want them to teach their own affiliates.
