First of all, it is important to show them what they are able to achieve by working at SFI. Show them your or other people's success and tell them that by being persistent and doing a little every day they can acquire even greater success. If so many people can succeed, why can't they?
Secondly, motivate them through gifts and words of encouragement. Tell them they are doing great if they are and send them e-cards when they achieve something important. You can even reward them with TCredits or gift certificates if you are able to.
Finally, keep in contact with them. If they know that somebody is always keeping check on them and cheering them on they will continue to feel motivated and keep advancing.
