If you send them Team Mail through SFI's system, and they're not logging in to their Affiliate Center regularly, then they may not be getting your messages until they log in.
If you send them a regular email to their private email address that they used to sign up with SFI and it bounces back, it's a pretty good sign that they're not getting their messages unless they're logging in.
If they are logging in regularly, they'll get a notification of the Team Mail. They'll definitely receive the email; whether they read it or not you won't know unless they respond to you.
So the only way to confirm that they're getting your email messages is if they're logging in to their Affiliate Center pretty regularly or if they respond to an email that you sent outside of SFI to their registered email addresses.
