That's a great question and one that I struggled with myself for a while. My best suggestion is to share with your new team members what you learn as you learn it!
I would explain to my team member right from the start that you're relatively new to online marketing yourself, but that you're learning from your mentor, and as you learn the steps, you'll share them.
Also, be sure to encourage your new PSA to stay in regular contact with you; for example, connect on Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites where you're both members, and share with you anything that they may learn too, so that way you're helping each other.
