We were all new to SFI on joining - encourage them to complete the LAUCHPAD (which also earns them VP). This is a great way to get the basic’s and how things work.
Marketing is tricky as there are many ways to advertise:
Website / Newspaper / Social Groups / Word of Mouth / Friends and Family / etc.
It is not so much what you say than how you say it.
