Firstly, let your PSA know that you are also new and learning, but also that you have a huge team behind you with a vast wealth of experience, so you can always find out the answers to any questions they have.
Secondly, direct your PSA to the resources available at SFI. Encourage them to become familiar with Start, SFI Basics and LaunchPad, and also with the Marketing section.
Finally, when a PSA asks you something, and you don't know the answer, look on it as an opportunity to increase your own knowledge. Look for the answer on the SFI website, ask your upline, post on the forum, and if all else fails, contact support with the question. If it takes a while to find the answer, keep in contact with your PSA, and let them know you are working on it.
The most important thing is to be a great communicator, and to let your PSAs know you are always there for them, and you really want to help them succeed.
