Whenever you are new to any work or business, you have to be very careful in learning the work from A to Z. Let us first discuss about the concept of "me newbie in marketing", then "PSA newbie in marketing"
"ME - Newbie in SFI and marketing" (Here I wish to specify SFI as a FIRM- never mind it, this is for convenience)
1. I will first of all get a clear picture about the firm from those who already work in it.
2. then, I will first discuss with them, the advantages and the disadvantages of the firm.
3. then, I will collect details of the benefits that I can get from the firm.
4. then, I will make sure of the income or commission that I may be going to earn from the firm and the time frame for that.
5. then, I will discuss with myself, whether the time allotted for the work will be suitable for my time sharing with other works.
6. then, I will decide whether to start up with the firm or not.
7. then, after start up with the firm, I will make sure that I consider the work as my personal work or business and motivate myself that I will succeed in the work and maximize my income from the firm.
8. then, finally after started up my work, I will study all the lessons and tutorials, I will follow up the guidance of leaders, I will follow up all rules and regulations of the firm.
9. then, above all I will treat the firm as my own and sincerely do my regular work to promote the firm there by increase my income.
"PSA newbie in SFI and marketing"
1. First of all I will think them as me, that is all the above points I will remember and treat them the same way as I was in newbie condition.
2. I will make a clean note of what I've learned in SFI and then I will share the same with my new PSAs.
3. I will encourage them to learn the basics of SFI BASICS,START and launchpad lessons.
4. I will show them how to become Awesome Sponsor and make them to follow Rules of Success and Do and Don't of SFI.
5. I will then ask them to complete the daily actions, getting started actions, intermediate actions, weekly and monthly actions regularly without fail.
6. I will explain them that SFI is their own business and let them wait for the profit from the business. Since,making sales only improve their level of profits.
7. I will explain them, the benefits of purchasing and the essential of earning vps which will in turn increase their commission.
Finally, I will teach what are all the things, methods and strategies I've learned in SFI as soon as I entered as a newbie. I will insist, that "Following your active and encouraging Sponsor and duplicating the same method will increase their benefits and commission".
