If you access Acct. My - Report - Genealogy you will see four small icons on the right side of each affiliate.
The first column have an icon - (TM Team Mail) blue. If you click on that icon you can send unTM message directly to individual affiliate Message Center
The second column is displayed only for PSA envelope and their CSA and appear in four colors: green, yellow, red and white. Envelope color indicates the status of e-mail related:
- Green - affiliate acknowledged receipt of mail and trebuiesa give him max. attention
- Yellow - e-mail is debatable (bounces)
- Red - e-mail can not be delivered, invalid address
- White - e-mail has not been confirmed.
The third column is a yellow bubble which when you look like affiliate is online and you can contact him or enter the chat discussions.
The fourth column where you can have a pencil notes about affiliate that only you can view.
