If your new PSA needs guidance you can't provide, go up line or to the Forum for answers. SFI has a tremendous database of great answers to questions people have asked in the past, and you can access that database at any time. You should think of it this way, whenever a down line affiliate asks a question, it is an opportunity for you to shine. It's also an opening to build a strong relationship with that person. Don't be afraid to admit that you are new in the business. You don't know the answer, but you will find out and get back to them. It is by these questions that you become an expert in the business.
