This is a very good question.
Most affiliates barely understand the program before they start recruiting PSAs of their own, and when the PSA ask some questions or are need of directions, the sponsor who is relatively new himself is left in limbo.
I think the solutions to this includes:
1. Read as much information as you can from all the SFI training, SFI Basics, SFI Launchpad, Rules of success and importantly Experts reports and internet income lessons (this can be found on "Training" tab in your homepage.
2. Ask your own sponsor to help you out, you can get the answers you need from your sponsor and passed it down to your PSA. Also you can use the training your sponsor gave to you when you signed up and passed it down to your PSA.
3. You can always improve yourself by visiting SFI forum, reading and participating in all the posts, this is how i learnt what SFI is all about, since my own sponsor was not active. Participating in forum increases your knowledge about SFI and internet marketing.
4. Internet(Google) is your best friend, you can always google about internet marketing, download it in pdf format and go through it at your convenience, I learnt everything i know about internet marketing by constantly pestering google.
Finally, keep on improving yourself, they say "there is no limit to learning". Ask right questions to right people, keep on learning new things on internet everyday, read as much as you can after-all "Readers are Leaders"
