Read and thoroughly understand the plan and then select the income streams you prefer and work on those. I highly recommend the 1st three streams - Direct Commission, Executive Pool and Co-sponsor Commission.
Promote sales from TripleClicks because every time your PSAs and PRMs buy from TC you receive 45% direct commission. You also get all the associated VP for purchases by your PRMs.
You also receive commission from your CSAs’ purchases – 15%
For the Executive Pool earnings – get as many VP as possible.
This is profit sharing.
The more VP you have the bigger your share of the pool will be.
For this reason, recruit as many PSA as possible and sponsor them well. As a team leader you will receive matching VP on all EA2 and above in your downline – including your CSAs - up to generation 12 if you are a Platinum Team Leader.
Duplication is therefore the key. If you can get your team to duplicate your efforts – recruiting, sponsoring, earning VP, reaching at least EA2 level etc. – you will earn matching VP and a larger slice of the executive pool pie – your earnings will explode!!
