That is little bit hard to know. If your team members are confirmed their email's in your genealogy you will see a green envelope, but that doesn't mean they will see your future e-mail's if they don't check it regularly.
If your team member log in SFI account on daily basis it is more possible that they will see your messages sent thru Genealogy Mailer. But again if they don't logically they won't see them.
Basically only thing you can do is to ask your members that you can ask on other way to confirm to you that mail got thru.
