Thank you for your question, I'm going to give you an idea on how to do it base on my own experience, and we going to break it into separate pieces the firs its "Support" SFI has a great structure in place for us to support our team the way you do it it's by, always welcome your new recruits by letter but don't stop there you can also send a chat request which I highly recommend it because you can interact with your PSA live, SFI has also stream post and Team mail in which you need to send your News letter everyweek, plus you can offer contest, gift cards, Tcredicts 10 maximun and Co-ops and let's not forget Reassignments and recognition.! How do you motivate.? I believe motivation comes within yourself but there is things you can do to motivate people and the first its you need to do things yourself 1st, do not expect people to do what your not willing to do yourself, you must Lead by example this it's how, by winning E365, by having an standing order, by acquiring all of the badges there is, by winning the SFI challenges, by opening your own ECA, by being top recruiter, by winning on the daily grand, by helping others on the forum, by winning Auctions, by promoting new Team Leaders, are you starting to get the idea here.? You see people want to fallow winners and Leaders who are the first on the front lines, they starting to see and think Gosh if I don't get my business going im been left behind and that how you can motivate people without demanding too much and without basically turn them off.!
