3). Get over $20.00 ( that is for those not in the United States ) in commissions and request a Payoneer credit card. This one is also beneficial, just like paypal, they can receive their commission the same way. Plus be able to use this as a marketing tool with prospective PSA's
4). By making any purchases with; a money order ( bank draft ) or by cheque.

Now the next step would encourage them to sign in everyday to to their To-Do-List; doing the daily,weekly, and monthly activities.
