To help your PSA to become a Team Leader, without he/she having a credit card, can be done in multiply ways.
1) PayPal is a well known and secure way of paying on-line purchases. Plus they can receive their Commission the same way.
2) Pre-paid credit cards are well known as well since you can load up a certain amount of money on to it and not over spend. There is a wide variety on the market now days, where as you can get ones that you can keep reloading when needed.
3). Get over $20.00 ( that is for those not in the United States ) in commissions and request a Payoneer credit card. This one is also beneficial, just like paypal, they can receive their commission the same way. Plus be able to use this as a marketing tool with prospective PSA's
4). By making any purchases with; a money order ( bank draft ) or by cheque.
That is ways to get a credit card without a lot of hassle like credit checks, but you asked how to become a Team Leader without a credit card. Now the next step would encourage them to sign in everyday to to their To-Do-List; doing the daily, weekly, and monthly activities. Encourage them to be persistent, patient, and well informed in their activities when dealing with their business. Sign-up more affiliates, build up a good strong team being a teacher or a guide to those under them how SFI works. Duplication is the key, SFI is designed that you can do this business with little or no money, it takes just one thing that most people hate to hear....... Time. By building up their commissions they can get their credit card through SFI.
Hope this helps and easy to understand
