A good starting point would be because you are successful. For most it will come down to timing. The opportunity happens to present itself when a person is at a crossroads in their life. At a time when they are ready take on something new and challenging.
Most will not know much of anything about SFI when they join. Advertising by itself is not going to provide allot of information. Like most of us did, we learn as we earn. If someone goes to research more about SFI the chance increases that they could end up enrolling under someone other than you.
Most likely the fact it's FREE to join will be enough for those who do. Certainly the more knowledge about SFI and TripleClicks one has coming in will benefit as long as the motivation is there.
If a prospect accesses "your" excellent recruiting and training website/blog the chances increase they will come in well informed and less likely to research elsewhere. The additional knowledge will give them a head start and they will strike the right balance in their work. Some others will just have more difficulty comprehending in SFI and their work will not be balanced. The results are always revealed from their VP Ledger.
I am not far past those difficult early weeks in SFI. Where I to start over I'd be much further along earlier on.
It needs to go deeper than just wanting to become an SFI affiliate. One must have a strong desire to help others succeed. It Starts With You!
