One does not need to have a credit card to become a Team Leader.
But when the PSA has reached an earning of at least $20, s/he can avail of the Payoneer Card.
My team leaders helped me out to become a Team Leader by initially giving me Gift Certificates and also T-credits. Which I did use to purchase single t-credits for the sales VPs and the t-credits I used for action VPs.
Though these are not always done. I got mine on my 2nd month when I have shown to my uplines that I can be one active affiliate. And they rewarded me for that until I reached the BTL status for the first time.
On my 3rd month, I got my Payoneer card. Without the help and encouragement of my upline team leaders, I will not be able to get a Payoneer Card or even reach the BTL status.
That has been my experience. And I am thankful for my upline team leaders who helped me out and now, I am sharing my blessings to my active downlines now so that they too can become team leaders.
