First of all, Credit card is not a prerequisite for starting SFI business. It hardly matters whether you own a credit card or not.
Secondly, there is no direct connection between possessing a Credit card and an affiliate qualifying as a Team Leader. You can always guide your PSA's to a localpay merchant who sells TCurrency. It is a best option to do any transaction at TripleClicks.
You may help your PSA to become a Team Leader by guiding him/her to do the following activities:
1) Each month, take out some time and lay out a plan for next month. Each month you can earn around 500 VPs from daily/weekly/monthly actions, plus you may buy AT LEAST 2000 (sales) VPs worth of product each month. That leaves you with about 500 VP left to earn from actions.
2) There are several ways to obtain these:
a. Always check your to-do list to see if there are any remaining 1 time actions.
b. Bidding in the auctions - up to 500 VP a month.
c. Most popular answer in AskSC - 100/50/25 VP.
d. Supporting a PSA to qualify EA2/BTL/STL/GTL/PTL - 100/150/200/250/300 VP.
e. Daily Grand wins (CSA's, TCredits, VPs, etc).
f. Distributing $12 gift cards - up to 300 VP a month.
g. Product reviews - 25 VP per review (does not include ebooks or other digital items unless direct from TripleClicks).
h. Standing order worth 1500 VP - 100 VP a month.
I'm sure you can build a better team of leaders by following the aforesaid guidelines.
