You can help your PSAs in many ways if they do not have a credit card.
You can try and see if there are any ECAs fron their country that are TC sellers.
You can send them Tcredits or you can send you a Gift certificate.
You can also see if they can use some other method of payment accepted by SFI that is available in their country.
