1. Well, this is a familiar issue which most of us in SFI have experienced.
I cannot vouch the same for others, but this is how I go about addressing this pleasant and surprising change of attitude of my PSA/CSA.
2. Once, I see the name of this old PSA of mine pop up in the movers list,I shoot out a congrats /welcome E-card, welcoming him back & complementing him for his decision to re-activate himself.
3.Wish him success in his second attempt reminding him that a war is not won by running away from the battlefield; will motivate him to overcome challenges which pop up in every profession including SFI, which is not an exception.
4. Try to refresh his memory about SFI’s Basics, Compensation Plan and its Rules.
5. Will inform him about the latest addition to games/contests and other changes.
6. Will intimate him about the additional entry-‘Survey responses’ in the daily tasks recently included in the“to do list”-which fetches an extra VP daily or additional 30 AVPs in a 30- day month!
7.. Will assure him that he will get all the help & guidance from me now even though he /she was not logging in and carrying out the daily, weekly tasks earlier.
As a matter of fact I will motivate him/her more and give him/her extra support than last time.
Will treat him/her like a lost stray sheep who has rejoined its flock!
8.Finally,I am happy to reveal that with this type of motivation and sympathetic concern I had one of my inactive PSAa bounce back & perform well to become a BTL.
