Credit Card is not a prerequisite for any of our Team Members to become a Team Leader.
Whether that member has a strong & active team under him/her is very important!!
Without having an active Team, there is no point in spending money and become a Team Leader.
Even if that member becomes a Team Leader once, then it is imperative that he/she should be able to maintain it in the following months.
If he/she doesn't have a strong and active team under him/her, he/she will not be able to generate a reasonable income every month. If this continues, he/she will only get discouraged & may try to opt out soon!!
If he/she has a good, working team and credit card is not available for payments to SFI/TripleClicks then you can explain, there are other means to pay, like the one given below(taken from Support):

In conclusion, my point is, "Absence of Credit Card " can not be a reason for any one not becoming a Team Leader!!
So, please encourage him/her to build a strong & active down line first & automatically he/she will become a Team Leader!!!
