You can help an affiliate become a TL with or with the affiliate having a credit/debit card. There are two things you can do:
1. You can support the affiliate directly by sending him/her a gift certificate of at least $40. The affiliate will then redeem the gift certificate by purchasing 125Tcredits.
2. You can also instruct the affiliate to connect with a local pay in his/her country. The local pay will credit the affiliate Tcurrency account once payment is confirmed i.e the affiliate has to make payment into the local pay agent's account.
