Your question is certainly given me 'food for thought'.
I have been with SFI for 13 months, and still at the EA2 level.
Frankly, I presumed it would be fairly painless to reach the next level - BTL.
BUT, seeing that none of my 'over 150 x PSA's ' have yet reached the EA2 level,
(or even kept active for more than a few months), I have not thought it prudent to push to the BTL level.
Whats the point of being at BTL level - if I have no 'team'? (that's the question I asked myself)
Thankfully, both my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor - tell me to be patient, but persistent, until I get active affiliates).
Therefore, in my humble opinion - I think it prudent if not wise, to tell your PSA's not to push for BTL or higher, until they have built up their 'active team'.
You are not 'discouraging them' by this advice, because in the end they will find quick 'promotion' will bring them nothing but disappointment.
Duplication is the 'key' to success with SFI - and not simply climbing the promotion ladder to BTL and higher.
At least, that's my viewpoint.
