This is a bit tricky question.
Then no answer is really right or wrong.
It´s actually only depend on the person who want to become a teamleader and how that person is when it comes to how he/she is as an business person.. What their expectations are.
.How their financial are or/and how good their marketing knowledge are, all are very important in this case!!!
Does the person who want this have financial to remain team leader later, then it CAN be a good idea-they can buy psa and get a team much faster.
But it also depend on the psa´s expectation on what he/she think will happen when she are a Team-Leader,and without a team at least no EA2´s. The expectation must be just that, that they don´t going to get a team directly and when they will they don´t going to earn enything from them until they have become a EA2.
If the person not have enough financial it are very difficult, if not the person is extra good at other than have a team, ex be an affiliate and sell T-C-products or have an ECA, or sell own good stuff, get money from sfippa, etc)
You should explain exactly whats it mean to become a TeamLeader .From when the psa don´t have so many action points longer who is easy to collect after the first/second month any more and if he/she want to continue as a TeamLeader without a team/or EA2´s, it going to cost a bit more then just being a EA2. He/ she must buy things who give more buy points AND specially more action points-without a team at all there cost even more,to get the actionpoints it require .
And you should explain that they don´t going to earn much more in the beginning, but they are going to get more csa´s, so they can earn if they got a active csa and more t-credits, but before they have a team with EA2 in it they dont´t going to earn much money-instead they are going to pay more than they gain.
But we do have other streams we can earn from-i.e."sell TripleClick products and get commission"etc. So are they good worker and marketer they can manage.
And it is something you also should tell them- like we tell to all our psa, but I mean point it out for them if they don´t want to lose money while they wait( and after that as well) for active psa/csa-there are a lot to do to earn money a lot of marketing off/on for "Products, ECA, Pricebender, Wawe3 , sell their own stuff, share out gift.card, Sfippa -ads, get their own domain and/or homepage etc..
Some people think before they get to know everything important here at Sfi that they will earn more as a TeamLeader atomatic...and thats why they are so in hurry.
Then there are people who understand that they dont earn so much more, but like to compete and do everything to be first/the best they can.
And feels more satishfied to work with prospect and incoming psa when they can call them self A Team-Leader.. Wich also in some way are important and sometimes get a prospects yes insted of no..
