I believe you should encourage affiliates that want to become team leaders. Some might believe that the emphasis is having a team but I put the emphasis on Leader. If an affiliate wants to be in front, showing how to lead I support that one hundred percent. I have been a Bronze Team leader since the second month in SFI.
I see a leader as someone out in front, not the bourse carriage driver snapping the whip on a team of horses taking me to my destination. When an affiliate chooses to be a leader, they have made a commitment to be the best Executive Affiliate, Assume Sponsor, engaged in as many activities as they can, investing time and resources in building their business and present at TripleClicks as well as completing their daily tasks. Consequently, becoming a Bronze Team leader is unavoidable if your Doing the daily, weekly and monthly actions and not just clicking on the tabs and hoping someone else will make the investments.
Be a team leader and encourage your team to follow in your footsteps.
