I have started again after going through an earthquake in 2010 that destroyed much of the city and killed 180 people. It looks a long way to where I was before with a successful team earning $250 a month. Having had that success before, I am patient now, and keep going back to the training tab https://www.sfimg.com/Training/ to reinforce what I already know. Success will come again. I will pick up those gems of people again. I will be successful when they are. I was generous with gift cards as they earn 10 action vp, I was generous with gift certificates and giving Tripleclick credits. I started "feeling" successful when those recipients responded to my leadership. I treated my team as my shop. They knew what my interest were,and what I purchased. That motivated them to work harder. Work with your workers. You will make success happen ,no one else.
