I have started again after going through an earthquake in 2010 that destroyed much of the city and killed 180 people. I will pick up those gems of people again. I will be successful when they are. I was generous with gift cards as they earn 10 action vp, I was generous with gift certificates and giving Tripleclick credits. I started "feeling" successful when those recipients responded to my leadership. I treated my team as my shop. They knew what my interest were,and what I purchased. That motivated them to work harder. Work with your workers. You will make success happen ,no one else.

What are the best tips for answering ASK SC questions so that you get the maximum number of votes possible?
do your homework first, to come up with vibrant motivating answers. my research so far for example shows the most common question is about vp. so give all the many ways they can get daily weekly monthly vp, the all the endless vp, i don't need to go on, because you will understand you want to get a lot of votes. so then add a touch of brilliance to you post, for example my research shows you can get near 400vp for buying a lovely green satchel for you cards etc. $16 for nearly 400vp.so that an example of catching the attention of poeple going through 10 answers to vote. and getting their vote.
