I would personally not be able not take care about an affiliate asking me for help, no matter where he/she comes from.
I would for sure answer and help to the best of my knowledge his/her immediate concern,
while I would also be suggesting to ask for help from his/her upline... either direct sponsor, co-sponsor or further up,
as they could have some different suggestions or they might also have some kind of program in place for a specific situation as team coop for example.
Working as a team with your upline is, in my opinion, as important as with your downline...
Unless you find out that there is absolutely no one there to respond or help in any way, no connection to be made;
Then, I would get the help needed from anyone I can... (a2a, Ask Sc and forums are exactly for this purpose as well);
And, that is exactly why I would support and help in any way I can as if he/she was in my downline.
This is so Important to Help any Human Being,
