The affiliates who approach you asking for help, must be welcomed and respected in the same way as you do with someone from your team. You must help them, give them tips, try to help them the way they want.
The only thing you must take care is that the team-mail should not be used for personal reasons so that there is any danger to your affiliate-ship.

I look at it this way. Aren't we all part of the same team? Aren't we all utilizing SFI as a vehicle to succeed? I think it is great to get input from any source that can further me closer to success. Perhaps that person is outreaching to you because they're sponsor doesn't bother to help. Ultimately, we are all part of the same team. We are all part of the same downline, Mr. Gery Carson's!

You must respect every affiliate & help them alike, as you would help your own PSAs.

Remember, your PSAs/ CSAs may seek help from others.

Please don't forget, friends are forever.

When affiliates outside of your lines of sponsorship come to you for help, you can help them while observing high ethical standards. In fact, assisting someone in need of help is both ethically as well as morally correct. There are some boundaries that must be observed to maintain ethical standards of interaction. In fact there are some “do’s” as well as “don’ts.” This prevents improper cross-lining interaction. It’s possible this answer won’t get high votes. But my 20 years of networking

Any affiliate approaching you for assistance should be welcomed. Most probably he/she is from your a2a friends if not PS/CSA. Helping them will give you more respect and even experience. And you don't know or you don't have enough time, refer them to the proper channel, you are sure they will get assistance.

You must help the affiliates who have come to you even though they are not from your team as it is the reason for which the SFI Corporate has provided the facility of a2a.
Just the thing is you must take care that you or the person approaching you must use it and not misuse this facility.

I would personally not be able not take care about an affiliate asking me for help, no matter where he/she comes from.
I would for sure answer and help to the best of my knowledge his/her immediate concern,
while I would also be suggesting to ask for help from his/her upline... either direct sponsor, co-sponsor or further up,
as they could have some different suggestions or they might also have some kind of program in place for a specific situation as team coop for example.

Are You speaking of these "other" affiliates who are not part of Your Team, as personal
"warm" contacts? Then I would say, sure help them. Help is a good thing.
