If your downline members continue to remain EAs then obviously they have valid reason for doing so. The fact that they become EA shows clearly that they have understood SFI and the system very well. Mostly they miss out becoming BTL due to shortage of action points which should be a minimum of 1000. So by teaching them to get maximum action points you can motivate them to become BTL.
The real income in SFI shows up only at BTL provided you have as many EA2s as possible under you. Therefore the idea of duplication is very vital. Having said that, once you becomne a Team leader your paramont duty here is to teach and motivate your downlines to do exactly what you did. There were experts, masters and seniors who have very clearly shown the path to success. SFI has its own "Awsome Sponsors" training and lessons which can be very useful in this context.
