Well I would say that being a fairly new ECA it will be a better option to embark on a local PIck UP service coupled with shipping regionally as well as ship out internationally especially work out with reliable drop shippers who can offer free international shipping all at the same time making the best of both worlds and learn from it as the business start to pick up.that is learn and go .
We must do the necessary due diligence and research to check out the best postal and shipments rates with the optimum lead time arrival to the various destinations so that we can offer the best deal to all .
However the decision lies with you whether you wanna opt for local and regional shipments first before going for shipping globally so do your sums and do try it out one way or the other
