Making Bronze Team Leader each month does not need to be a result of having a strong following, I believe it should be a result of being the example of an active and efficient Executive Affiliate.
Once an SFI Affiliate realizes the value, importance and benefits of becoming an Executive Affiliate, the most logical step is becoming a Team Leader by example. Most Affiliates think becoming a Team Leader should be a result of having followers but I do not. Becoming a Bronze Team Leader is being the best Executive Affiliate you can be and sets the example that other Affiliates should duplicate. The benefits are enormous.
Every affiliate enjoys the benefits of direct and the pay per action commissions if they find other willing participants. We all receive Basic SFI system and Affiliate Center access and Free TripleClicks.com Membership. All of the training is free.
Everyone should learn how to use and benefit from the Genealogy Report, S-Builder Advertising Co-op, Key Codes, Hit Tracking, PSA Mailer (instant, easy e-mails to your PSAs) and the CSA Mailer (instant, easy e-mails to your CSAs). By the end of our second month it should be clear how important it is to become an Executive Affiliate and how easy it should be. BUT, this is only the basi c foundation for each of us as we began our journey.
As an Executive Affiliate we are challenged and rewarded for our activity, involvement and contribution to SFI and TripleClicks. If we read and understood all the lessons and readings presented to us during our training, signing in everyday and completing our daily, weekly and monthly check list becomes our habit and routine. We now understand the benefits of the TripleClicks Executive Pool, Co-Sponsor Commissions and ECA Royalties. The importance of getting the word out is well understood, advertising and marketing become are first real challenge. SFI gives us the tools to work with. Using these tools and doing all that we can in our to-do list is being an awesome leader even when no one is following you.
SFI Has made it easier to be an Awesome Team Leader by adding the ECards and link on every Profile on our team. With our Standing Order giving us 1500 VP and signing in every day we are more than half way to Bronze Team Leader (100 VP is given to us for just having a standing order of 1500 or more and our to-do action list gives us well over 400 VP). With 2000 VP we just need to become the affiliate we want to recruit. Investing in S-Builder Co-Op twice each month maximizes our sales and purchase benefit of another 500 VP. Purchases of gift cards (to help us promote TripleClicks) and additional TCredits (to participate in games, auctions and share with our team) make us the perfect example of who we want to recruit. We become Bronze Team Leaders, leaders in training, setting the foundation of growth and development as active and engaged affiliates.
